Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best experience for all clients and efficient scheduling for our team, please review the following terms before booking: Cancellations & Rescheduling* • Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable. • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund of the original service fee. • All refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days. On-Site Service Requirements* • A clear, safe, and accessible environment is required for all in-person services. • If access is blocked, unsafe, or if pets interfere with the technician’s ability to work, the appointment may be canceled. • If service cannot be completed due to these issues, a $30 trip fee will apply. • A person 18 years or older must be present at the service location throughout the entire appointment. If no eligible adult is present, service will be canceled and the $30 trip fee will still be charged. No-Shows* • Clients who fail to appear for an appointment without notice will be marked as a no-show and are not eligible for a refund. • Repeated no-shows may result in a suspension of booking privileges. Late Arrivals* • A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After this, the appointment may be canceled and marked as a no-show. Client Agreement* By booking with ArkTech Protect LLC, you agree to these policies and understand the service expectations, cancellation procedures, and potential fees.
